Complaints Process

We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. Our complaints process:

  1. Stage 1: Initial response within 5 business days
  2. Stage 2: Investigation and detailed response within 15 business days
  3. Stage 3: Escalation to Senior Management if unresolved
  4. Stage 4: Final resolution and closure within 30 business days

Certification Appeals

If you wish to appeal a certification decision, please submit your appeal in writing to appeals@rogaglobal.org within 30 days of the decision. Include your certificate number, the decision being appealed, and grounds for appeal.
